What region are the movies you sell?
Unless expressly noted in the description we ONLY sell NTSC Region 1/Region 0 DVDs or Region A / All Region Blu-Rays so if you are in North America fear not you CAN play all our movies.
You guys list IN STOCK and OUT OF STOCK items. Why ? And can I order both?
YES YOU CAN .
When you order items that are listed as OUT OF STOCK an immediate order will be placed for them and in the event that an item is determined as not order-able ( it has been discontinued, for example) a refund for that item will be issued.
We list OUT OF STOCK titles when they are ones that we always try to keep in stock or are PRE-ORDER titles for films or toys or books or magazines that have not yet been released.
You can include both in an order but the cart will only calculate it as 1 order and 1 shipment. We will wait until all items have arrived before shipping.
If you would like have your items broken into separate shipments, say, if you want to receive PRE-ORDERS as they come in, please place multiple orders.
When am I charged ? when I place the order, or when the items ship?
Everything in a placed order is charged at the time of checkout. In the event you wish to pick up at The BEGUILING your shipping cost will be reimbursed via method of payment.
I've just placed my order - when will I receive it?
We're a super small company and we try to have all orders shipped ASAP but sometimes we can get backlogged or may be out of town at a convention so we really appreciate your patience if your order doesn’t ship right away.
In the event of a stock snafu and a title is mistakenly out of stock we will inform you and there may be a slight delay if we have to wait for another.
After we ship it depends on where you live and method of shipping - we use Canada Post to ship all packages currently and have found that all orders have been received within one week but if it takes a bit longer we again appreciate your patience - packages are very rarely lost.
What if I don't have a credit card or Paypal account ? Can I pay with a money order?
Of course you can All you need to do is send an email to with the items you want to order - we'll email you back and you can mail the money order made out to ‘Suspect Video Ltd’ Your order will be shipped as soon as we get the M.O.

One of the movies I just got won't play.
Sometimes machines can be kind of finicky (especially laptops-great for many things but not necessarily to play movies) and, like any machine, can get dirty. Please check the disc on a couple of machines (if you have more than one) and perhaps try a cleaning disc on them. If you have and it still won't play we must assume you have a defective disc, This happens RARELY but like anything that is manufactured it can happen - What happens next? Please see the Suspect Store Policies listed below.
The disc I ordered listed as new wasn't shrink wrapped - Is it used ?
We do sell used movies but we make sure to always list them as USED items. Thing is, some companies send out their new discs without shrink wrapping them. Not many do but we have encountered them. Also, sometimes when we receive an item that may seem like the disc is loose inside we have to open them to make sure we are not sending out a damaged item (many times it ends up being an extra item like a booklet that we made a mistake and interpreted as a loose disc) or in the case of a damaged case, we'll replace it. We will let you know in advance of any of these circumstances.
I was interested in a title but can't find it anywhere or I can find it but wanna give you Suspect folks my business instead. Do you do special orders?

SUSPECT STORE POLICIES
All sales are final EXCEPT for defective discs-these discs can be exchanged for the same title only.
EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF DISC HAS BEEN ALTERED ( CLEANED OR A DISC FIXER USED ON THE ITEM) !
In the rare occasion of manufacturer`s defect we return the item to the distributor or manufacturer. They will accept it ONLY if it has not been altered in any way.
Make sure your machine is region free and plays well. Many `modified`players and region free players are finicky so please try discs in several machines before contacting us.
Returns and replacements will NOT be accepted due to a disc not playing in customer`s player due to PAL or other regional playing issue.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If extenuating circumstances are in effect and we decide to accept a return for any reason other than defects in the disc a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged for this service. As an example the restocking fee for a $50 disc would be $ 7.50 so a refund would be issued for $ 42.50.
Returns must be sent back within 21 days and ONLY after notifying us and a RA - return authorization- is issued to the customer. Any item sent back without RA will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Suspect Video Ltd. is the re-seller of Dvds, Blu-Rays, Toys, Books, Magazines, T-Shirts and other ephemera.
We are not the manufacturers of the items we make available and thus we are not responsible for the design or presentation of the items we sell.
We are not responsible if the manufacturer misrepresents transfer quality, subtitle quality, missing footage, fogging. We are not resposible for poor packaging or printing.
We will be constantly updating information regarding all of our items but before purchasing we urge you to research the item via forums, review sites or fan pages to acquire all the facts regarding any item before ordering.
